To enable us to maintain social distancing in the practice, all visits to the practice are strictly monitored, you may have to wait whilst others are in the practice, luckily we have a great coffee shop next door! 

The team at Simply Vision Opticians are delighted to let you know, that we are able to see you for all Eye examinations, Contact lenses consultations, Spectacles, Sunglasses and eyewear repairs.

We are a small team so please bear with us if you experience a slight delay in contacting us. 

We have implemented a number of infection control measures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. This has been updated following the Prime Minister's statement on easing of restrictions from July 19th 2021, the full Optical sector bodies statement can be read here

• When you arrive, you can use the hand-sanitiser at the door if you wish.  

• You will be required to wear a mask in all situations through the practice.

• Hand sanitising facilities are available throughout the practice.

• All furniture is ‘Wipe Clean’.

• All equipment and surfaces are wiped down regularly.

• Your Optometrist will be wearing PPE.

• All payments will preferably be contactless, however, we will accept all card and cash transactions.

The team at Simply Vision Opticians ask for your understanding while we continue to adapt with the new way of working. 

Your Optometrist or a member of the team will call you prior to your appointment to gather information over the telephone. 

Appointments will be spaced out to allow for de-contamination of the consulting room and equipment between patients.
