Delivery, Refunds & Returns
The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days from order date, though more complex orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our store. We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our Optical team. How much does delivery cost?
- Our standard delivery (First Class Royal Mail) to anywhere in the UK is £3.95.
- There are no costs for returning your glasses – see below for further details.

Refunds & Returns
Our Returns Policy
Returns condition (UK customers)
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with a Simply Vision product for any reason you may return, exchange or receive a refund on your product as follows:
- Fill in the returns form sent with your original order;
- Peel off the included returns label and stick it on the delivery envelope or box you received your product in;
- Keep the product (s) you want to return, in their original packing and place it, back in the delivery envelope or box, along with the returns form;
- Send Simply Vision the product so it reaches us within 30 days of the original dispatch
- Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (e.g. cases and cloths).
When you do return product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.

Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason before order completion and/or dispatch please contact our customer support team on (01424 552345) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can after placing the order. As your glasses/sunglasses are made unique to you, we need to receive any cancellation request within 24 hours of placing/completing your order.
If your item goes missing in the post we regret that a full refund is not provided, instead a replacement will be prepared in line with these guidelines
